These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RandomWheelGame — the free spin wheel available at randwheelgame.com and its language subdomains. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
RandomWheelGame provides a browser-based wheel for random selection: you build a list, spin it, and one item is chosen at random. You can also save wheels, share them by link, and play turn-based PK rooms with other people. The service is free and does not require an account, although an account is needed to save wheels or host PK rooms.
Random selection happens in the browser using the random number generator described on our About page. In PK rooms the winning item is drawn on the server so that every player sees the same result.
Accounts
If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or defame anyone;
- upload or publish content that is infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that contains other people's private data without their permission;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts;
- resell the service, or present it as your own;
- remove or hide advertising served on the site.
We may suspend or remove content — and accounts — that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the lists, titles and images you create. By saving a wheel you allow us to store it for you. By sharing a wheel or creating a PK room you grant us permission to display that content to anyone who has the link, and to store it for as long as the share or room exists. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, code, text and pre-made wheels belong to RandomWheelGame. You may use the service for personal and classroom purposes. You may not copy substantial parts of the site or its content into another product without permission.
Advertising
The service is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties subject to their own policies, and advertising cookies are only used as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. Room codes, shares and saved wheels may expire — PK rooms expire after 24 hours.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. RandomWheelGame is a tool for making random choices; it is not a source of advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make using the wheel, or for the outcome of a raffle, contest or game you run with it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomWheelGame is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, and you may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are broken.
Operator and governing law
The service is operated by RandomWheelGame, reachable at [email protected]. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
